Well. Here it is. My blog. It has taken me a while to get here, and I have lost count of the amount of times I have doubted myself and my reasoning behind creating this blog.
Having said that, I had better tell you my reasoning..
Without getting into the details (yet), during my own personal struggle with my mental health, I have found that writing down my thoughts and feelings has been like therapy for me. Reading other blogs and other people’s stories has helped me to understand my thoughts and emotions.
Which is why I have created this blog. I want to give myself, and so many other people, the opportunity to tell their stories, to help themselves, and to help others.
